If you’ve made your way here, you know I’m passionate about empowering women through education. The Jeannette Rankin Foundation empowers women through education by providing financial grants, coaching, and a circle of support to women working to earn their degrees who are over the age of 35 and have significant financial need.
My mother-in-law, Lois, was my first inspiration as she spent decades raising funds to grant scholarships to the spouses of international students at Michigan State University. In her honor, Alan and I have endowed a scholarship with JRF so that we can continue her legacy of supporting education for those that are struggling. ANY donation to JRF makes a difference and changes lives so I invite you to be part of this opportunity with us. You can donate here and you are also invited to our major virtual fundraiser, the STAR Party on November 3, 2022. It is a truly inspiring event where you will meet many of our scholars and hear their stories of transformation afforded to them through a JRF scholarship.
